Withdrawal Policy for Consumers

1. Scope

This withdrawal policy applies to contracts where Vebelio, operated by Matthias Stein-Schilling, Hallig-Hooge-Stieg 12, 22846 Norderstedt, Germany, is your contractual partner.

For offers by independent companies, coaches or experts, the provider identified with the offer is your contractual partner. That provider's withdrawal policy and model withdrawal form apply to its offer. The contract and provider information displayed during the relevant checkout is decisive.

2. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by letter or email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

4. Digital content and digital services

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period expires and you have confirmed your knowledge that, by giving consent, you lose your right of withdrawal when performance begins.

For services, the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance where you have expressly consented before performance begins that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period expires and you have confirmed your knowledge that your right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the contract.

Where applicable, the required declarations are obtained separately during checkout. Statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.
